Our standard check-in time is 12.00. You can get in touch with one of our housekeepers if you wish to reschedule it.
He/she will be waiting to welcome you. Check-in is the most valuable stage of our guests’ experience. It’s the time when we can welcome you, get to show you around the property as well as help you organize your stay in Crete.
There is always the option of self-check-in through our lock-box. Your keys as well as a controller to open the main gate will be located inside.
The housekeeper will be glad to reschedule your meeting if he/she is not available during your check-in.
